Article 1

These general conditions are applied and valid as soon as the buyer sends his/her online order. By his/her order confirmation, the buyer agrees to and accepts these terms and conditions of sale.

All our products are produced without animal testing.

Article 4

Bio-Gestion SA / complies with the moral code of the mail order industry aiming to better protect consumers. Our reputation acquired since 1986 is our pride and our greatest asset.


Article 5

Prices are displayed in Euros, VAT included. The shipping & handling costs are extra.

Article 6

In case of error in the price of a product, Bio-Gestion SA / may change the price by proposing the customer to cancel the order if the new price does not suit him.

Article 7

The "Sale" prices are stricly limited in time.


Article 8

Except in cases where a product is out of stock, the order is usually completed within 24 to 72 hours after the payment was received.

Article 9

Under the Article 185 of the Swiss Code of Obligations, Bio-Gestion SA / is no longer responsible for the package once it has been dispatched for shipping. In case of theft, loss of goods or a damaged package, Bio-Gestion SA / can not be held responsible and shall not be forced to compensate the customer in any way.


Article 10

Online orders are paid in advance. Payments are secure and sent through the Paypal (most credit cards accepted).

Article 11

The final click of the buyer, under which the order is validated and sent, has the value of an electronic signature. It has the same value as a handwritten signature, implying that the transaction was accepted by both parties as part of the bid and general terms of Bio-Gestion SA /


Article 12

Offers proposed by are valid only within the limits of available quantities. Bio-Gestion SA / can not be held responsible for any product that is no longer available, out of stock or sold out. In case of unavailability of the ordered product, the buyer will be informed and will have the possibility to cancel his/her order if he/she wishes to.

Article 13

Bio-Gestion SA/ may modify and replace products according to the availability of its suppliers, without change in price, provided it is an equivalent product.

Article 14

The illustrations on this website are not contractual.


Article 15

Claims must be made by phone or email, no later than 48 hours from the time the goods were received. Before returning a package, the buyer must notify us by telephone. A return without a prior phone call will in no circumstances be accepted. We accept returned goods within the time limit of 7 days as long as the packages were not opened and only in the following cases:
The products received do not correspond to the order;
Our packages were damaged when the buyer received his/her order.


Article 16

The warranty offered by Bio-Gestion SA/ corresponds to that of its suppliers. Responsibility for Bio-Gestion SA/ is limited exclusively to the replacement of defective products.


Article 17

For all cases not mentioned in these general conditions of sale, the Swiss Code of Obligations prevails.


Article 18

In case of dispute, the competent jurisdiction is in Nyon (canton of Vaud, Switzerland).
